1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Kovya website and services, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Kovya provides website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services for local businesses. The scope of services is determined by the selected subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify service offerings with prior notice.
3. Subscription & Payment
Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are collected at the beginning of each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to pursue unpaid invoices.
4. Intellectual Property
Custom content created for your website (text, images, design) belongs to you during your active subscription. The Kovya platform, infrastructure, and general design templates remain Kovya's intellectual property. Upon subscription termination, site data is delivered upon request.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of content published on your website. Hosting illegal, misleading, or infringing content is prohibited. You are responsible for providing necessary content and materials in a timely manner.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kovya strives to deliver the best service possible but does not guarantee uninterrupted website operation. Kovya is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss. Total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Kovya reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately upon violation of these terms. Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable upon termination.
