Refund Policy

1. Overview

This refund policy outlines the conditions for refunds related to website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services provided by Kovya. By purchasing our services, you agree to this refund policy.

2. Product Delivery

Your website is considered delivered once it has been prepared and submitted for your approval. Delivery occurs when the website is deployed to the live environment or a demo link is provided to you.

3. No Refunds After Delivery

No refunds are issued after product delivery. Website design and development is a custom digital service prepared specifically for each client, and delivered work cannot be returned. This policy applies to all subscription plans and one-time services.

4. Pre-Delivery Cancellation

You may request a full refund before the development process has started. For cancellation requests made after development has begun but before delivery, a partial refund may be considered based on the scope of work completed. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

5. Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable for the period in which services were provided. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused days.

6. Exceptions

A full refund is provided if Kovya is unable to deliver the committed service. If the website is inaccessible for more than 72 hours due to technical reasons, compensation is provided for the affected period. Evaluation of exceptional circumstances is at the discretion of Kovya management.

7. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted via email. Requests are reviewed and resolved within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.
